Davina Greene is the owner and director of Rocket Fuel Learning International Ltd. (RFLI) and a professional coach, trainer, and consultant since 2011. Alongside her business, she continues to work with international teams in the corporate world, specialising in developing leaders to deliver both personal and organisational strategy. She currently serves as Head of Leadership Coaching for a global BPO company.
With a Degree and Masters in Business from Dublin City University, Davina is a member of both the CIPD and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her career spans over two decades across investment, insurance, and BPO sectors, including senior leadership roles with AIG and Allianz businesses. Having built, transformed, and led award-winning international teams, she brings a wealth of practical leadership experience to her training.
Davina’s expertise lies in turning vision into structure, while developing Talent for high performance. Her core focus areas include Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Management and Leadership development, Strategy, Personal Success, and Talent & Learning.
Davina’s personal mission is “to equip people to change their own lives or change the world”. With this in mind, she created MyStrategy.me, an innovative personal strategy system designed to facilitate high-quality personal reflection and planning. She uses her Management Mastery and Leadership Mastery Models to guide developing leaders in the workplace, based on her decades of experience.
