My Background

So, who is Davina Greene?

I am a Coach, Trainer, and People & Organisational Development Consultant – and formerly a business leader with over 15 years’ experience managing dynamic Start-up and Change environments in insurance and financial services across EMEA and internationally. My international managerial positions mean that I hold vast experience in both achieving Operational & Service Excellence and creating a culture of performance through highly focused Selection, Learning & Development, Talent Management and Leadership Development.

I have had great success in setting up high-performing, award-winning domestic and international teams, from interviewing hundreds of applicants through to retaining the best performers for long-term mutual benefit. I have directed both technical operations (projects, systems, processes) and human operations (staff acquisition, training, development and retention) in order to align them for the achievement of companies’ strategic requirements, through goal-focus and joined-up thinking. I am passionate about a collaborative, holistic approach, boosting business performance through Knowledge, Communication and the maintenance of Employee Wellbeing.

Acting as an independent Coach, Consultant and Trainer since 2011, I engage on themes such as Leadership, Culture, Strategy, Performance, Organisational Development, Learning, Talent, and Change Management, combining a unique range of qualifications. I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and the International Project Management Association (IPMA). I am also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and formerly a Board Member of its Irish Chapter. I also teach the ‘Leadership, Management & Strategy’ module on a Masters program.
